ANZMapS has announced the winner of this year’s Dorothy Prescott Prize for the best paper presented at the "Power of Maps" conference, jointly held by the MSIA and ANZMapS as Dr Stuart Braga for his presentation “‘Anzac Panorama’ – a survivor’s tribute to the Anzacs, August 1915”, about the Hore panorama.

The panorama itself is viewable here: http://catalogue.nla.gov.au/Record/6610181

One of the conditions of the prize (which consists of a cheque and a certificate) is that a written paper based on the presentation be published in the ANZMapS journal “The Globe”.

Congratulations Stuart!
